Acknowledgement
By making a submission, you represent and warrant that:
- The report vulnerability is original to you and you have the right to submit the vulnerability.
- You will not violate any other applicable laws or regulations in connection with the vulnerability or NayaPay data.
- You have not disclosed the vulnerability via any third channel.
Confidentiality
Any data you receive, obtain access to or collect about NayaPay, NayaPay affiliates or NayaPay users, customers, employees or agents in connection with the Responsible Disclosure Program is considered as NayaPay’s Confidential Information.
Confidential Information must only be used: (i) to make the disclosure to NayaPay under the NayaPay Responsible Disclosure Program; or (ii) to provide any additional information that may be required in relation to the disclosure.
No further use or exploitation of Confidential Information is permitted. Disclosure, distribution, or use of this information, including details related to your disclosure submission, requires NayaPay's written consent. Submit a disclosure request to NayaPay for this purpose. Please note that not all requests for public disclosure will be approved.

NayaPay reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Responsible Disclosure Program or to cancel the program entirely at its discretion. These changes can occur at any time and without prior notice to participants. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of vulnerabilities, reporting processes, and eligibility for recognition. By participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree that NayaPay has the unilateral authority to update these terms to reflect changes in its operational practices or in response to evolving security needs. In the event of cancellation, NayaPay will not be obligated to address submissions made prior to notice of the program’s termination.
